  • Processing: Orders are processed within 1 – 2 business days (Monday to Friday).
  • Order cutoff: 22:00 (GMT +1).
  • Weekend orders: Orders placed on weekends are processed on the next business day.

Transit Time

  • Estimated delivery time: 4 – 6 business days.
  • Total duration: Generally 5 – 8 business days (processing + shipping).
  • Note: Delivery times may vary depending on weather conditions or transport disruptions.

Shipping Process

  • Shipping providers: We ship within Germany and the USA with DHL, Hermes, and DPD.
  • Insured shipping: All shipments are insured. In the event of loss or damage, please contact our customer service.

Missing Items

  • Notification: Please report missing items to info@monklima.com within 7 days of receipt.
  • Solution: We will send you a replacement or refund the purchase amount.

Returns

  • Return period: 30 days from the delivery date.
  • Conditions: Items must be returned unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Personalized products are excluded from returns.
  • Costs: For defective or incorrect products, we will cover the return shipping costs. For returns for other reasons, the customer bears the costs.
  • Refund: Refunds will be issued within 14 days after receipt and inspection of the return via the original payment method.
